Mansfield’s growth put a large attached garage on a lot of young slabs. We check age and moisture, then spec a flake floor because the cars are not staying outside. South-facing drives in July are enough reason to respect the cure window.

Shops are fewer here than in Grand Prairie. If you do have one, say what you spill. A residential flake floor is the wrong promise for a bay that sees solvent every week.
